  • Billing Information: Transaction history, credit balance, Stripe customer ID. Full payment card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
  • Usage Data: Rental history, GPU usage metrics, job metadata (model name, execution time, cost), API call logs
  • Host Data: GPU hardware specifications, machine name, region, heartbeat/uptime data, API key hashes, Stripe Connect account ID
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and similar technologies for authentication and analytics

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To process payments and payouts via Stripe
  • To match GPU renters with appropriate hosts (smart routing)
  • To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, rental notifications, security alerts)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To improve the Service and develop new features
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not store the content of your AI workloads (prompts, generated images/videos/text) after job completion
  • We do not store your full credit card number — all payment processing is handled by Stripe
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes
  • We do not use your data to train AI models

We retain your account information and billing records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Usage logs and technical data are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes.
